Todd Troyer CPA CGA CA

Biography

Todd is the managing principal at Baker Tilly Victoria Ltd. which includes three Vancouver Island offices, Victoria downtown, Sidney and Westshore. He joined the firm in 1993 and became a principal in 2007. He obtained his CGA designation in 1997, and his CA designation in 2000. Todd practices in auditing, accounting, and taxation services in both the public and private sectors. 

Todd is involved in the sport of curling and curled competitively from age 15. He is a former Canadian Junior Curling Champion having won the title in 1988 and was silver medalist at the 1989 World Junior Curling Championships. Todd has volunteered as a coach for youth curlers for many years and from 2009 to 2015 coached teams to B.C. Provincial Curling Championships. The 2012, 2013, and 2015 teams won the provincial title and represented B.C. at the Canadian Junior Championships. Currently Todd coaches Team Reese-Hansen at the Women’s level. 

Todd was born and raised in Victoria where he lives with his wife Teresa and daughter Robyn.

• Director on the host committees for the 2005 Ford World Curling Championships and the 2009 Scotties Tournament of Hearts held in Victoria.
• Vice-chair for the 2013 Ford World Curling Championships held in Victoria.
• Vice-chair for the 2017 Canadian Junior Championships held in Victoria.
